Air filter element is also called air filter cartridge, air filter, style, etc. Mainly used for air filtration in engineering locomotives, automobiles, agricultural locomotives, laboratories, sterile operation rooms and various precision operation rooms.
PP filter cartridge is also called PP melt-blown filter element. Melt-blown filter element is made of polypropylene superfine fiber, which randomly forms a three-dimensional microporous structure in space. The pore size of micropores is distributed in a gradient along the filtrate flow direction, which integrates surface, deep and fine filtration, and can intercept impurities with different particle sizes. The accuracy range of the filter element is 0.5-100μ m, and its flux is more than 1.5 times that of the filter element with the same accuracy. Different types of end cap connectors can be configured to meet the needs of various engineering installations.
It is made of textile fiber yarn with good filtration performance, which is precisely wound on a porous skeleton. Its yarn materials include polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber, absorbent cotton fiber, etc. When winding, by controlling the winding tightness and density of the yarn, filter cores with different precision can be made, which can effectively remove suspended substances and granular impurities of various liquids and have a high purification effect on various liquids.
A folding microporous filter element is a precision filter device made of Polypropylene (polypropylene) hot-sprayed fiber membrane and Nylonb (B) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEE) microporous filter membrane, which has the advantages of small volume, large filtering area and high precision. The filtration accuracy can range from 0.1μm to 60 μ m.. The seal of the filter end cover and the connection of the whole structure are all bonded by hot melt. There are three types of filter elements used internationally: 222 connector, 226 connector and flat mouth. The products have been tested strictly and completely before leaving the filter cartridge factory to ensure their stable performance of the products.
There are two kinds of activated carbon filter products: compressed activated carbon filters and bulk activated carbon filters.
1. The compressed activated carbon filter core adopts coal-activated carbon with high adsorption value and coconut shell activated carbon as filter materials, which are sintered and compressed by adhesive. The inside and outside of the compressed activated carbon filter core are respectively wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with a filtering function to ensure that the carbon core itself will not drop carbon powder, and the two ends of the carbon core are provided with soft Ding Qing rubber gaskets so that the carbon core can be packed into the filter cartridge with good tightness.
2. Bulk-activated carbon filter element. Put the required activated carbon particles into a special plastic shell, weld the end covers on the two end faces of the shell with welding equipment and put the non-woven fabric filters for filtering into the two ends of the shell to ensure that the carbon core will not drop carbon powder and black water when in use. According to the customer's needs, the shell end cover can be made into different types of connectors. Interface modes are flat pressure type and pipeline type.
